Deep Rebel

It’s all you've been craving. 60 minutes in a warm room moving through a slower paced vinyasa flow, holding postures longer and inching into pure bliss. This class also gives you a pause to explore practice on your own.


 
 
 

Ashtanga

Ashtanga is a dynamic and athletic form of yoga, made up of six series or levels, with a fixed order of postures. It is the root of our vinyasa classes, the flowing movements between postures, with a focus on energy and breath. This practice has a strong sense of purpose also promoting mental clarity and inner peace.

 
 

Renew

A yin practice designed to restore, rejuvenate and reawaken the body, mind and soul. Poses are paired with therapeutic grade essential oils and sequenced to stimulate different meridians within the body to release tension in our superficial layers to soften into the deep muscle layers. The perfect compliment to any power type of movement.

 
 

Free Classes

We love giving back to the community so we added some free classes where yogis can enjoy the healing benefits without the cost. By attending these classes, you are supporting our recent teacher trainee grads as they navigate their way on their teaching journey.

 

Signature Rebel Flow

Friendly vinyasa for all levels and offered in both hot and non-hot temperatures. This flow, focuses on alignment, strengthening and lengthening the entire body and toning that booty and core.

 
 

Rookie Rebel

Designed with the beginner yogi in mind. It will not only guide you to feel comfortable and become more body aware but to invite you to find your place within a yoga practice and break habits for the seasoned yogis.

Just because this class is a 101, does not mean you won't be putting in work. It just means, we're slowing down our signature class, we're breaking sh*t down a bit so you can dip your toes into the practice.

 
 

Rise + Unroll

Vinyasa based class that will wake up the body and get your day started. Fluid movements to inspire the bliss of a well rounded flow.

 
 

Yin & Nidra

In this class expect to smooth out tension and energetic blocks in the body utilizing the healing shapes of yin and essential oils. Show up in your pajamas and then be led into a yogic sleep through the journey of yoga nidra.
