A high-intensity, low-impact fusion of floor Pilates designed to sculpt, shake, and strengthen every muscle. Using resistance, tempo, and slow-controlled movement, you’ll build endurance and tone from the inside out. Expect deep core activation, shaking, stability work and a killer burn all set to dark, beat-driven music that keeps you locked in and flowing.

BEGINNER LEVEL

Designed with the beginner yogi in mind. It will not only guide you to feel comfortable and become more body aware but to invite you to find your place within a yoga practice and break habits for the seasoned yogis.

Just because this class is a 101, does not mean you won't be putting in work. It just means, we're slowing down our signature class, we're breaking sh*t down a bit so you can dip your toes into the practice.

A yin practice designed to restore, rejuvenate and reawaken the body, mind and soul. Poses are paired with therapeutic grade essential oils and sequenced to stimulate different meridians within the body to release tension in our superficial layers to soften into the deep muscle layers. The perfect compliment to any power type of movement.

A late evening Yin practice paired with the healing resonate of crystal sound bowls. Working through a range of restorative floor postures in a longer timeframe, will help soothe muscle aches, and focus on your connective tissues easing up. Sound bowls create a beautiful energy that helps center the body, mind and soul so you will leave refreshed and rejuvenated for your week ahead. Please bring your own bolster and blankets if you have.

A 60 minute flow that can be great for beginners but also fun and challenging for advanced yogis. We begin class with a base that we add upon each round, expect heat building, constant movement, repetition and an opportunity to get lost within the flow.

In this class expect to smooth out tension and energetic blocks in the body utilizing the healing shapes of yin and essential oils. Show up in your pajamas and then be led into a yogic sleep through the journey of yoga nidra.
