What's rebel all about?


Everyone has a rebel spirit animal and every class is designed to unleash it.

All classes are all levels SO NEWBIES AND EXPERIENCED YOGIS ARE WELCOME. We combine vinyasa yoga, plyometrics, a core and glute segment and dynamic movements into a 60 minute flow. Your strengthening, lengthening all while getting your workout in. Rebel yoga is traditional while still breaking molds and yoga stereotypes, we're alignment and injury prevention focused and all about how to get your body to move more efficiently.  

We offer hot classes where temperatures hover in the 90's and if hots not your thing, non-hot classes hover in the 70's. We tap out at 25 rebels so everyone can get the individual attention they need.
