Arm Balancing 101

 

Have you ever wondered how some yogis balance on their hands!?

During this 90 minute workshop, Nikki will guide and educate you with the tools needed to safely float into arm balances. You will learn what muscles to engage, what to be mindful of to prevent injury and will also involve exercises and a fluid, energetic flow to get your muscles prepped and warmed to balance.
